signed a Sole Distributor & Assemble plant with
Shandong Banghe Industrial Co.Ltda, for south
America Countries.

The assemble plant will stablished in one of 3
countries ( Brazil, Peru or Costa Rica ) the decisions will made by the Eagle Industries board .

The plant will supply all dealers located in Brazil and in others South & North America Countries
